You are so full of yourself.

Per the Times Record story “Attorney General to testify at Sotomayor Senate hearing”.

Dustin, testifying in behalf of the Marxist/Communist Sotomayor proves conclusively you’ll suck on any teat if it gets you ink.

You state “criticism of the judge over the reversal has been blown out of proportion and that the facts are greatly distorted in the case”.  Dustin, your statement is a bald-faced lie. The Whites and one Hispanic passed the test and all the Blacks failed.  Your nebulous statement “the facts of the case are sensitive hot button issues”.   You’re right, but on the other side of the coin.  It is past time to do away with set-asides, affirmative action, and quotas. 

Dustin, I’m sure they just called you out of the blue for your inside knowledge about Sotomayor—right?  You have the gall to say “politics should be left out of the process”?  You have reached comedic proportions.

You state “I’m just honored to get to go to Washington (oh wow) and look forward to representing Arkansas there”.  Representing who Dustin?

Question:  who’s paying for the Washington odyssey???

Subject: Sotomayer is totally unqualified


Just a reminder that Sonia Sotomayer will be up for confirmation in a hearing on Monday July 13, 2009 for an appointment to the Supreme Court. 
She does not understand the United States Constitution & the Bill of Rights, so how can she even be considered to sit in judgment
of the true, immutable and essential laws of this country?  How can she take the Oath of Office pledging to "support and defend the Constitution
& the Bill of Rights" when she has already delivered a false decision about the meaning and purpose of the most important principle in the whole system of Constitutional Government: the people's right to keep and bear arms - the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights!  Without a proper understanding of this Amendment, there is no republic!  There will be no liberty!  There will be no freedom from tyranny.  Sotomayer will be a big supporter for the "General and Complete Disarmament Law" (Find it listed as Public Law 87-297) .  Call the Commission and all your representatives in Washington, D.C. and tell them to come to the realization that Sotomayer is totally unqualified for the appointment.  Remember there is no freedom or liberty when you do not have the means to defend it.
