The genesis of radio ads regarding illegals and the
construction companies hiring illegals was born February 14, 2009 and will be
broadcast on certain Arkansas stations, commencing on March 2, 2009. A copy of
the 1 minute spot follows.
In a printed story
appearing in the Fort Smith Times Record.Briefly, the” Committee on State Agencies & Governmental Affairs
voted down a Bill that would have allowed The Arkansas Contractor’s License
Board to issue fines of up to $200 to contractors or subcontractors who
knowingly hire illegal immigrants”. Obviously the legislative fix was in. (Contractors such as Landscaping, Plumbing,
Roofing, Electrical, Highway/Railroad/Airport, Sprinklers, Fire Alarms,
Municipal/Utility , Residential/Commercial can call E-Verify and make citizen
verification in minutes—so why don’t they?)
Testifying against the proposed legislation was attorney/Administrator
of the aforementioned Contractor’s License Board, Greg Crow.Crow, parroting Gov. Mike Beebe & A.G.
Dustin McDaniel that it’s the sole responsibility of the Feds to arrest and
deport illegals (a bald-faced lie by all three). Crow also stated that’s “something
the court should handle”.Crow goes on
to say he has 5 agents who investigate contractor violations across the state
and his agency had fewer than 5 complaints a year regarding contractors hiring
illegals…and therein lies the genesis for the radio ads and hopefully, a
massive citizen response identifying the rogue contractors hiring illegals. The
green light of course, is Crow’s statement that he had less than 5 violations
reported per year.We citizens are going
to amp up those numbers drastically and attorney Crow, with his vast
administrative experience in Arizona must be intimately familiar with 8 USC and
its numerous Sections against aiding illegal aliens.
Crow, in the Times Record report, whined that his 5 agents
were not “certified law enforcement officers”—a cop out.No citizen is asking him or his agents to
make arrests, only to adhere to his contractual & Constitutional
obligations to report those suspected contractors to ICE, Arkansas State
Police, County Sheriffs, or Chiefs of Police. No more worn-out bromides; do the job or
resign.
According to 8 USC, by giving a pass to contractors hiring
illegals Crow appears guilty of a felony, along with Beebe, McDaniel and a host
of other luminaries.Who are the
elected, hired, & appointed “officials” really working for?
From Administer Crow’s website he states in the opening
paragraph...”WE WORK HARD TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AND SERVE THE INDUSTRY”. Crow is obviously serving the Bottom Line of
the contracting industry, while doing woefully little to protect the public
from the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion that is breaking the backs of
middleclass Arkansans, an economic and political genocide.
Citizens, immediately begin reporting those contractors suspected
of hiring illegals and allow Administrator Crow’s 5 agents to earn their keep,
and strike a blow for our jobs, sovereignty, rule of law and our culture.The phone number (keep on your person) is

It’s a felony and ALL law enforcement;
ALL law enforcement is required to arrest offenders.

suspected of employing illegal aliens by calling 501-372-4661, again
501-372-4661.
Crow’s agents need only to
verify & report to any law enforcement agency, esp. the Arkansas State
Police & ICE, in order to comply with 8 USC; Sections 1324, 1325, &
1644.
Corporations &

From a humanitarian perspective, our fellow human beings, who migrate to support their families, continue to suffer at the hands of immigration policies that separate them from family members and drive them into remote parts of the American desert, sometimes to their deaths. Now is the time to address this pressing humanitarian issue which affects so many lives and undermines basic human dignity. What you say about humanitarian perspective, separating
families suffering from our immigration policies (since when were they
enforced?), and all the usual bromides about human dignity are all too familiar
and have been very effective tools in the Politically Correct toolbox.
Your comment sounds just like something the varying degrees of Marxists would
say e.g. Saul Alinsky, Obama's teacher. I would direct you to my latest
article dealing with this exact subject....the deadly Diversity Deception &
Altruism on this website.
You are advocating Affirmative Action vs. the rule of law....the view that
individuals are just members of a collective who do not own the fruits of their
own labor...the view that skin color is more important than merit...that the
producers, the individuals who take responsibility for themselves are
responsible for those who don’t.
Talk to the Tyson's, Contractors, churches & organizations, e.g. ACORN, La
Raza, Lulac, Chambers of Commerce and all others who exploit illegal aliens
about creating an underclass. Explain why these same illegals receive
free healthcare & other services, compliments of the hard working taxpayers
who get nothing for FREE.
Is it these taxpaying citizens' fault illegals are driven into "remote"
areas of the desert, or is it the sole responsibility of the corrupt
governments/countries from which they flee and the exploiting U.S. entities who
entice them?Your efforts to make
ordinary citizens feel “unearned guilt” based on skin color are wearing
thin.People are waking up to your
seductive siren call to sacrifice our lives and fortunes to those “less
fortunate”.No one is responsible for
actions before they were born or involved in and the truth about the real
heroic history of America is being revealed in spite of your government school
revisionist propaganda.
Your mission is to make us feel guilty about things we have nothing to do with
and over which we have no control. The Kool-Aid you drank makes you

Don't bother to bring up Racism because it those who
espouse your views who are the true Racists who smear and denigrate white
citizens at every opportunity.
