Apologies to  Rep. Glidewell….found hard copy of his reply but not in the computer email.  He stated that he has repeatedly all who would listen about the epidemic in NW Ark….but due to the “election mode” they are all catering to the illegals’ vote.

Thank you Rep. Glidewell.

August 18, 2008

Over 24 hours ago I contacted 5 Arkansas Republican legislators and one Republican/Democrat.

I had an immediate response from Rep. Green and Sen. Altes, and a later response from Rep. Medley.   At this time still no response from Rep. Glidewell, Sen. Whitaker, and my Rep. Republican/Democrat Shirley Walters. (Her husband switched to the Dem. Party in order to run again after being termed out.)

Rep. Green wanted to know what corporations and he would turn it over to the State Procurement Dept.   Sen. Altes response was he would call the State Police.   I would remind Sen. Altes that the State Police are securely in the hands of one of Arkansas’ biggest criminals in the matter of illegal Mexican and OTM invasions, i.e. Gov. Mike Beebe.

Rep. Medley’s response was “it is illegal, who’s violating and what proof”?

The Ark. Hwy & Transportation Dept.  is hiring businesses to mow the medians on interstate highways, who are themselves hiring illegals.

Sat. and Monday (Aug. 16 & 18) Forsgren Construction Company of Fort Smith working on the campus of University of Arkansas of Fort Smith, at the corner of 50th & Grand Ave. had illegals in their employ.

20 or more illegals working for Crawford Construction Co. of Van Buren worked on a HUD project (State/Federal) in Fianna Village Ft. Smith on an assisted living Home for the 2 yr project.

Question, what are you 6 doing to make sure the state government is obeying the law you voted for?

A simple signed statement demanding that corporations doing business with the state of Arkansas hire no illegals upon forfeiture of rights and privileges.

It is not the duty of state government, i.e. taxpayers to furnish cheap alien labor to corrupt employers.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Fort Smith

As each of you know there is a law that states the state of Arkansas is legally prohibited from doing business with corporations who hire illegal aliens.  What are your individual positions on upholding this mandate?

I have proof that this Arkansas statute is being violated with impunity.

I will look forward to hearing from each of you in the near term.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen
