As you may recall, Beebe, as a state senator, said he was in
utter shock and amazement about the get-rich scheme created by state senators
Mike Todd and Nick Wilson. Wilson served
time for his multitude of criminal endeavors. In those days nothing passed the
Senate without the knowledge and/or tacit approval of Beebe, then Senator
Morril Harriman (Beebe’s best friend) and now Chief of Staff. It seems Beebe
was mentored by criminally convicted, former Senator Nick Wilson and some members
of the present legislative body were also mentored by Wilson, Beebe, and
Harriman. Through the ignorance,
stupidity, and worshiping at the altar of the Democrat party, Arkansans have
allowed politicians and bureaucrats to create a political machine, the likes we
have never seen before. Due to the
magnitude and number of players, this Democrat machine is perhaps the most
corrupt in the state’s history, or at least is the one that tends to most
seriously cause economic harm to middleclass Arkansans.
Note the big players (Oligarchs), e.g. Tyson’s , Walton’s,
Stephen’s, the Chambers of Commerce, the Catholic Church, et al, seriously never
offer any of their ill-gotten lucre to pay for the carnage heaped upon our society
by their illegal Mexican and OTM invaders. The corporate elite puppeteers
simply pull the strings of their political subordinates when need arises.
Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel and insider Morril
Harriman pull the unconstitutional corrupt strings over state government. The feckless Ark. State Legislature, ensconced
in a protection racket, never questioning the Oligarchs’ authority—some out of
fear, some devoid of ethics/morality, and some (I fear the majority) seeking
acceptance from the Oligarchs’ trough while climbing the murky
political/economic rope. I have been personally told by some legislators that
they were fearful of introducing legislation that would curb the illegal
Mexican invasion for fear of being ostracized from the body politic.
Translation: they are cowards. Others
like to parrot Beebe’s line, “it is the Fed’s responsibility”. This group are either cowards or on the take.
The principals: Gov.
Mike Beebe…an attorney, 20+ yrs in the legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General,
2 yrs as Governor. Never has Beebe taken
a public Constitutional position on a substantive issue, e.g. the illegal
Mexican invasion, nor does he intend to. The Governor’s non-positions on the illegal
immigration issue are designed to obfuscate and convey the idea that he cannot
act. Unfortunately many Arkansans fall for this bromide. Beebe says “It is a federal responsibility”,
his position is partially true, Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution. I remind the Governor that we are citizens of
the United STATES of America and not the United State of Amerika…he
therefore has the sworn obligation to secure our sovereignty by enforcing state
laws which he maintains are plentiful along with U.S. Federal law 8USC, l324,
et seq, which applies to states of which he very well knows. Beebe’s stated
position in no way absolves him from enforcing immediately the aforementioned
laws. Beebe would have us believe that he does not have the legal authority to
enforce the applicable provisions of the United States Code. Added to this
untruth, are we to understand by refusing to secure Arkansas’ sovereign border,
he has no problem continuing to allow illegals to overrun our state? In this
regard, Beebe was quoted in the same published piece “we need stronger
enforcement of the Federal laws that our taxpayers pay the federal government
to uphold”. Gov. Beebe, since you are the elected leader of Arkansas why don’t
you lead in enforcing the state and federal laws? The United States Code gives the authority to
arrest illegal aliens to “all other law enforcement whose duty it is to enforce

All this information and more means there is NO BAR TO
ENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAW BY STATE & LOCAL AUTHORITIES. The Dept of Justice believes state &
local police are entitled to act when they believe Federal immigration laws are
being violated.

profoundly absurd utterances…”legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’re
going to have to find out what is legal”.
Another brilliant quote “We need a policy that this is allowed, this is
not allowed, and try to enforce it”. He goes on to say “the State has all kinds
of laws dealing with immigration”…name them Governor, and why aren’t you
enforcing them? He also said “I took an
oath to the U.S. & Ark. Constitution”…Governor, why aren’t you enforcing
the statutes you allude to, when will you begin? Of course the answer is you act like a
traitorous man and have no intention of securing our sovereignty, therefore you
are unworthy of serving as Governor and must be removed. “I’m not going to
increase taxes to do the Fed’s job”.
Arkansas has a billion dollar surplus.
“I did not know about Act 907”….Act 907 bars contractors from doing
business with the state who hire illegals. Beebe was A.G. at the time and he
says he did not know about 907? Police depts., sheriffs & INS/ICE should be
arresting those hiring illegals”….Governor, why haven’t you commanded them to
do so? Bloviating, not action is the name of his game.
4/8/8 Beebe was asked if Ark. Should pass a law such as
Okla.’s strict immigration law. Beebe
stated, “there are current criminal violations in state law that address that
issue”. Gov. state them, and again, why are they not being enforced? He said
“there’s already a state prohibition against illegal aliens receiving certain
benefits, such as Medicaid”. Governor, this is an outright lie. You were
Attorney General when Arkids 1st was crafted, Medicaid A & B
were expanded and the SCHIPS program was created. You have proven to be a bald-faced liar or
grossly incompetent, Illegals receive all state benefits on demand, no
questions asked. Why else would all these forms be printed in Spanish ,
interpreters provided, and healthcare professionals jumping to illegals’
attention?
Gov. Michael Beebe can only be described as an arrogant
hired-gun for corporatist elitists.

Beebe quotes “While I oppose illegal immigration, I cannot
support this initiative” (Initiative proposes to eliminate some of the state
benefits to illegal aliens not mandated by the Fed). Beebe says “all of these proposals, major
provisions are already covered by Federal or state laws, and the proposal will
create bigger government and cost Arkansans money”. Another nonsensical statement by the
governor.
More hard-nosed arrogant threats by Beebe in a copyright
story 7/9/08 Times Record. Headline:
BEEBE SAYS IMMIGRATION FIGHT LOOMS.
“With reference to another proposed ballot initiative to withdraw
benefits from illegals, Gov. Mike Beebe stated: “if they take a similar
proposal to the legislature next year he will oppose it”.
Governor, surrounding states are dealing with the illegal
Mexican and OTM invasion in a Constitutional manner. They are: Okla. Gov. Brad Henry, Mo. Gov. Matt Blunt,
TN. Gov. Bredesen. Why is Gov. Beebe not in the equation? Citizens, you know the answer. The Governor is controlled by the Chicken
Federation, Ark. Contractors, the Chambers of Commerce, various religious
sects, and expanding government programs.
If these provisions are already covered, how would it create
a bigger government and cost Arkansans money? In reality what it will do is
undergird the current laws you say we have. When, where and how often have they been
enforced and what has been the outcome? Token, at best.
In this same article the Democrat printed a study released
last year by the Urban Institute, funded by Arkansas’ Winthrop Rockefeller
Foundation, reported that “aliens and their children have a small, but positive
net fiscal impact on the state budget”.
The study found that the state spent $237 million in 2004 (that’s 4 yrs
ago), on education, health services and prison services for aliens, but took in
$257 million in tax revenue from the same population.” As you can see, only 3 areas of service were
covered.
There are literally hundreds of other services not counted
in the Rockefeller study. First and
foremost, Food Stamps, &WIC coupons, just to name two., followed by
emergency room services which act as illegals primary care facilities and in
most cases hospitals are never reimbursed. The Rockefeller Foundation in 2006 determined
that more than 50% of Hispanics are here illegally. An ultra-conservative
estimate by any standard. Is it not said that illegals are hiding in the
shadows? Actually, hiding in the shadows are the self-serving, cowardly
politicians and bureaucrats“. “The state’s manufacturing wage bill would have
been as much as $95 million higher in 2004 if the same output were to be
maintained without illegal workers”. An
open admission that middleclass Arkansans’ work is going south.
According to a published report in Judicial Watch 5/6/08,
over 60% of HUD properties are occupied by illegals. La Raza (the Hispanic organization) received
$1.3 million from HUD this year to conduct “comprehensive housing counseling”
for Hispanics (whether they are in the country legally or not).
In this same report, it is stated that the new law (FHA
Housing Stabilization & Homeownership Retention Act of 2008) includes $100
million for the National Council of La Raza, (“The Race”) which has raked in
millions of taxpayers’ dollars over the years.
So much for the horrific burdens placed on middleclass
Americans by design, accompanied by the corruption in state and federal
governments at all levels. As a friend
said not long ago, referring to our middleclass, “We kickin’ our own asses”!
It is more than apparent that Gov. Beebe has no intention of
stopping the bleeding that is caused by the illegal Mexican and OTM (other than
Mexican) invasion. He, along with the rest of state government, have thrown
their considerable legislative, judicial, and law enforcement powers into the abyss known as the
open-border, cheap labor and other cartels regardless of personal and financial
costs to the citizens. Beebe states routinely, his position in the matter of
the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion is one of “economics”. Beebe has even gone so far as trying to
inculcate “compassion” as being on the same standard as the Rule of Law. Even
as Attorney General he skated and dodged with outright lies, doublespeak,
obfuscation, when he knows and you know, the illegal invasion is a Rule of Law
issue. It is only an economic issue when
equated to the billions of dollars stolen from middleclass Americans by
corporations and the illegal Mexican invasion.
Citizens don’t let this foil of the Tyson’s, the Walton’s,
the Stephen’s, et al make you believe he can’t stop this economic and cultural genocide.
Remember, the Governor is a lifelong
politician and lies roll out routinely when the truth would better serve.
October 3, 2005, then Gov. Mike Huckabee accompanied by
Robert Trevino, past president of LULAC, (League of United Latin American
Citizens) flew in the state’s airplane to Mexico City for a meeting with then
president Vicente Fox. The purpose of the trip was to inaugurate plans for the
construction of a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ultimately the Mexican Consulate was formally
opened in March, 2007. During the interim 2005-2007 a number of illegal acts
took place.
Huckabee violated , with impunity, Article 1, Section 10 of
the U.S. Constitution, which states in part, no State shall, without the
consent of Congress, enter into Any Agreement or Compact with another State or
with a foreign power. Why did the
Federal Prosecutor and the former Attorney General Beebe not intervene to
prevent this crime against the people? The Arkansas state legislature was not aware
of Huckabee’s activities; as far as I know the first elected representative to
find out about the Consulate plans was a state senator from Hot Springs who
made known his dissatisfaction, and then not another peep.
A private investigator was hired shortly after the
revelation and it was determined that Andres Chao and another Mexican lawyer
were officing in a state owned building, using state employees for secretarial
work. Huckabee or one of his minions charged the Mexican government $1.00 for
the offices and secretaries. Further
investigations revealed that an Arkansas Consortium had agreed to pay the
expenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years, with an option for 3 more.
I was told if I wanted written records resulting from the
FOIA, I would have to journey to Little Rock and pick up requested documents at
Trevino’s office. Trevino was appointed
head of Ark. Rehab Services. Qualifications? Trevino presented the FOI
documents to me and my attorney, but before that, he redacted the name of the
representative of the Arkansas Consortium.
Apparently redacting
is a common practice by bureaucrats and politicians. Ask yourselves what groups or entities would
pay 3 years of expenses to a foreign national government and how they would
benefit?
The Mexican Consulate serves as a clearinghouse for illegal
Mexicans to be distributed to the criminal workforce, i.e. Walton’s, Tyson’s,
Simmons, Ark. General Contractors, etc.
The Consulate also serves as a distributor of false documentation, the
Matricular Consular card which banks and other federal & state entities
regularly accept, except in Mexico. Citizens, the Rule of Law occupies no position
in the corporate criminal quest for ill gained moneys—simply put, follow the
money. As a sidebar the Chambers of
Commerce can only be called enemies of the middleclass, due to open-borders and
as powerful amnesty advocates. The Chambers are embedded in the corporate
hierarchy.
Former Little Rock Mayor Dailey, while in office, awarded
$50,000 taxpayers’ dollars to the Mexican Consulate and as Huckabee was coming
to the end of his term, he withdrew $10,000 taxpayer dollars out of the
emergency fund and gave it to the Mexican Consulate. Needless to say, there are
numerous highly questionable activities that went on and are ongoing.
During the time that we were investigating the criminal acts
surrounding the implementation of the Mexican Consulate, I had 3 conversations
about the aforementioned with then Attorney General Mike Beebe. During the first conversation with Beebe I
suggested to him that as the chief law enforcement agent for the state, he
institute legal action against Gov. Huckabee on a number of levels, but of
course Article 1, Section 10 was the focal issue. Beebe responded with hyperbole, something
about the War Between the States restricting the powers of the A.G., and ultimately
he only represented state agencies.
My second conversation with Beebe, I asked for a meeting
with he and the governor to discuss these apparent violations of the law…he
said he would speak to the governor. He
himself, was running as hard as he could for governor at that time and in his
typically cowardly persona he was not about to tick off the governor, the
Poultry Federation, and the Ark. General Contractors who are making millions
off illegals while middleclass Arkansans are subsidizing the whole of corporate
criminality.
My third and final conversation with Beebe: He said he would take it to the state
police. What a great idea, Huckabee
appointed the head of the state police.
Did Beebe ever carry out his suggestion?
The answer is NO.
Beebe was quoted in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Tuesday
May 20, 2008…”While I oppose illegal immigration”. Governor, when, where, and how? It is patently obvious you have sold out
middleclass Arkansans to the Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephen’s, and the rest of the
Arkansas Friendship Coalition—the criminals hiring, transporting and abetting
illegal aliens. Clearly an economic and
political genocide is being waged against middleclass Arkansans by you, Gov.
Beebe, and your administration, orchestrated by your handlers, i.e. The
Arkansas Friendship Coalition. Governor, something that might create a modicum
of sensitivity and compassion on your part, the recently passed Ag Bill, vetoed
by the president, overridden by the Senate, infused with $10.3 Billion NEW money into the food stamp program,
another magnet for illegals bankrolled by middleclass Americans. Taking in 3-5 million foreign nationals
yearly, mostly 3rd worlders, legal and illegal will absolutely and
unequivocally sink in the very short term what is left of our U.AS.A.
“lifeboat”? To verify the utterly absurd $10.3 Billion in the bloated Food
Stamp Program, I called Sen. Blanche “the Delta Duchess” Lincoln’s office 6/6/8
to verify that number. I spoke with an aspiring, bureaucrat know-it-all by the
name of Ted, who assured me that illegals did not get food stamps and this
criminal largesse offered up by Lincoln’s office and the Senate was “already
paid for”. Our republic, a $9 Trillion debtor
nation and $65 Trillion in unfunded 10 year mandates…and Ted has the temerity
to tell me the $10.3 Billion increase in Food Stamps has already been paid for
and illegals don’t get Food Stamps, and the 3 million illegal’s penetrating our
borders yearly has no affect on the extraordinary expansion of the Arkansas and
U.S. welfare state. The Delta Duchess
either hires young ignoramuses or world class liars.
I further remind you that the Office of Management Budget
(OM
states that more than 10% of all Americans are on Food Stamps ( actually,
physical Food Stamps have been replaced with a debit card for the convenience
of all recipients, and the illegal aliens in particular won’t be embarrassed when they check out). 41% of all illegals are on welfare. Oh yes Governor, the U.S. lost 62,000 more
jobs in June, 2008.

Democrat-Gazette Friday May 23, 2008….”State’s colleges warned about in-state
tuition”.
The two biggest violators in granting in-state benefits to
illegals are the U of A Fayetteville campus and UCA at Conway.
The governor’s mandate at this time is indeed curious. Why
and who alerted the Governor to the criminal acts by the various Universities
& colleges being perpetrated against the producers, e.g. those of us who
create the largesse to keep politicians and bureaucrats in splendor? The 2005 legislature defeated HB 1525 which
would have awarded scholarships to illegals and other benefits. USC President Lu Hardin came forth with the
brilliant statement “however, the governor’s mandate….is a reasonable request
and the Univ. of Central Arkansas is immediately changing our application to
reflect that.” No Mr. Hardin, it is the
law, not a request, there is a difference. Hardin goes on to say that “they
will not make the policy retroactive”.
Why not Mr. Hardin? Is the
illegal funding so dear to you that you will continue to break the law
retroactively? Is the rule of law not in your repertoire?
Enter U of A president B. Alan Sugg, who said in a statement
“the University of Arkansas system has not knowingly violated state and federal
law”. He goes on to say “this is a
complex issue that is not unique to Arkansas”.
The issue is not complex; it is a matter of adhering to Arkansas
mandates and U.S. Law. What’s not being unique to Arkansas got to do with your
breaking the laws? Both Sugg &
Hardin are either ignorant of the most basic of laws or liars. Both should be terminated from their
positions immediately. Gentlemen,
acquaint with yourselves with 8 USC, specifically with Section 1325, 1324a,
& 1324c.
In the article President Hardin states the “Dept. of Higher
Education lacks direct governing authority over the state’s institutions of
higher education”. So what is their
purpose? The burning question; is there state or Federal oversight at any level
designed to require accountability to the state’s citizens? However; Hardin points out that the Dept. of
Higher Education makes funding recommendations to the legislature, and baby you
can count on that. FUNDING is the name of the game for bureaucrats and
politicians.
Next comes newly elected Attorney General Dustin
McDaniel. A majority of voters elected
McDaniel to the office and in short order McDaniel signed on to be Hillary
Clinton’s co-chair in Arkansas. It
appears that acting as co-chair is more than a conflict of interest, using
taxpayer money to elevate his political profile . Campaigning on taxpayer time is not ethical,
but when has ethics entered into the matrix of Arkansas politics. So much for the comedic “ethics
committee”.
Further investigation identifies McDaniel’s office as being
in the Tower Building owned by Graham Catlett and his law partner Little Rock mayor
Mark Stodola. At least the past 2 Attorneys General, Beebe and Pryor have
occupied offices in Catlett’s building.
A number of questions arise. Why
is a Constitutional Arkansas office holder housed in a private building?
2. What financial arrangements with reference to rent have
been made? W ho makes the payments and how much? Why would Arkansas’ chief law enforcement
agent, i.e. McDaniel, occupy close quarters with the state’s largest attorney
firm dealing with legal & illegal immigration and at the same time
supporting amnesty, cheap labor, and open borders? Is McDaniel influenced by
his office environment?
Harkening back to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, donors
directly associated include Graham Catlett’s name. He is also a major personal donor to Dustin
McDaniel’s campaign. Graham Catlett=$4,000,
Catlett/Stodola=$4,000, Catlett, Inc=$4,000, Meredith Catlett=$6,000, and
Catlett Tower Partnership=$4,000. Donors directly associated with the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition have contributed $36,300.Some of the most notorious open
borders advocates are Archie Schaffer (bagman for Tyson’s Foods), Don Tyson,

What is the attraction that Graham Catlett and friends have
with D. McDaniel, put another way, is McDaniel being influenced, coerced, or in
any way acting unethically?
In the matter of the Secure Arkansas Ballot Initiative,
Attorney General McDaniel cost the canvassers 31.658 signatures by delaying the
approval of the ballot title twice. The canvassers were collecting on average
1439 signatures per day. The two delays
cost the volunteers 22 working days. 22 x 1439 equals 31,658 signatures. That figure, coupled with the 50,000 plus
signatures they obtained would have ensured the ballot initiative would have
appeared in the November general election.
Were those delays intentional?

Regarding Gov. Mike Beebe’s ultimatum that university
officials change their policies to ensure they’re asking prospective students
whether they’re legal residents of the U.S.
University system president B. Alan Sugg said “the UA system wasn’t
trying to flout the law previously when it failed to ask for evidence of legal
residency to determine who’s eligible to pay in-state tuition. Sugg is openly
admitting he was aware of the law and chose to violate the law with
impunity. Note there is absolutely no
oversight over the Dept. of Education and its ancillary departments. The Departments of Education can only be
described as out-of-control money laundering operations. More specifics regarding a nexus between the
Ark. Dept. of Education and growing illiterate illegal adult Mexican population
are to come.
UCA president Lu Hardin stated “there’s no plan to check the
applications of current students”….why not, Mr. Hardin? That statement reeks with arrogance and
indicates a lack of respect for existing laws.
Speaking of lack of respect of laws appears to be a staple in Pres.
Hardin’s background. Hardin received a
$300,000 bonus recently. This fact
became known in a Democrat article published 7/2/08. Bonus Babies have left the realm of
professional athletics and entered into the sphere of alleged “education”. This bonus, awarded behind closed doors is
another backroom bureaucratic/political deal. Jack Gillian, UCA’s V.P. of
Administration says Hardin has been paid the full $300,000 on a UCA check. A public payment of money was not authorized
by a legal action of the Board of Trustees.
What did he do to rake in $300,000? At the same time Hardin has awarded UCA
employee’s a 2% raise, while the citizens providing the largesse are struggling
mightily. Departments of Education are functioning like runaway steam engines,
and apparently the feckless legislature are too cowardly to shut this monster
down…or all they all in bed together?
Warwick Sabin and Max Brantley reported on July 3, 2008 on Brantley’s
blog that the Board is also considering a paid sabbatical for Hardin at some
point to run for political office (Governor in 2014?)…..something considered
improper if not illegal. But since when does that matter?
A quick calculation indicates Pres. Hardin may receive in
the neighborhood of $750,000 this year, compliments of Arkansas taxpayers. Are
perks included, e.g. housing, transportation, health insurance, life insurance,
annuities, etc. etc? That’s each of you
reading this. Still want to re-elect
these self-serving buffoons in the state legislature? What is the possibility
of A.G. Dustin McDaniel investigating the activities of Hardin and the official
UCA Board regarding the aforementioned financial matters? Is this not a
violation of the rule of law and illegal exaction of taxpayer monies?
The following quote says it all about Lu Hardin’s honesty
and integrity. “Hardin said last week he
regretted that after the May 2nd meeting he told reporters he did
not receive a raise, but failed to mention a $300,000 bonus.
In a pang of guilt, or was it political face-saving, Hardin
returned the $300,000 bonus but throughout the caveat he expected private
sources to repay the $300,000. Remember,
the $300,000 he returned was taxpayer money.
Wanna bet that all will be forgiven by the judicial,
politicians, and bureaucrats, and it’s “bid’ness” as usual?
ASU president Les Wyatt stated his university had always
complied with the law. He also stated
that he tried to pass legislation in 2005 that would have granted in-state
tuition benefits to illegal aliens. Note that all these benevolent individuals
who support expansion of welfare programs to illegals are in the taxpayer
trough.
Dan Hurley, Director of State Relations at the American
Association of State Colleges & Universities, said “the national debate on
the issue has intensified over the past year”.
He goes on to say “it makes economic sense these individuals; they are
not going back to their home country. They’re staying in Arkansas.” Says who,
Mr. Hurley? Hurley speaks like a true Marxist…how many sponges like Hurley do
you think there are in the Dept. of Education who are living off the producers,
i.e. those of us who are generating the funds to keep these Marxist parasites
in diapers?
A story was written 4/22/08 by Rob Moritz of the Arkansas
News Bureau generally describing a proposed ballot initiative that would limit
some benefits to illegals not mandated by the Fed. Moritz in describing the
Arkansas Friendship Coalition states that civic, church, and business leaders
oppose punitive state and local laws targeting “immigrants”. To Mr. Moritz and
the open borders/amnesty crowd in the Coalition, these folks are not
“immigrants”, they are illegal alien criminal invaders.
A 3 year investigation by ICE into the Pilgrim Pride plant
in Batesville, netted a whopping 17 illegals.
In this pathetic crackdown, ICE quite by accident stumbled onto $11 million
in Crack possessed by the illegals. How long will Gov. Beebe and state
government continue to protect these illegal alien drug runners and cartels? Allowing this environment to escalate most
certainly should be grounds for Gov. Beebe’s impeachment or defeat. Forget the adults addicted to crack cocaine,
think for a moment how many of our school age children will end up as
addicts. Batesville is just another
example of the crisis created by protecting the open-borders, cheap labor
crowd. Again I reiterate, the Chambers of Commerce, Tyson’s, Walton’s, OK Foods
(Wenderoth & Bragg), and expanding
government programs are, directly and/or indirectly, some of the major exploiters of slave labor
and taxpayer subsidies.
This next statement vividly demonstrates the ineptness and
illegal conduct of the U.S. Dept. of Justice, speaking specifically, newly
appointed U.S. Attorney Jane Duke. Duke referring to the Pilgrim Pride raid
stated “her office had no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as
they were otherwise law-abiding citizens’. Madam Prosecutor Duke, illegals are
not citizens. Is this justice? Another of Duke’s gems, “they came here to
better their lives and their family lives by working”. This statement by Ms. Duke again shows what
can only be described as air-headed and utter disregard for U.S. law, and by
any standard she is complicit in the criminal enterprise of selective law
enforcement.
It is more than curious that when our vaunted law
enforcement agencies make a political splash-down in their seldom raids, they
notify the owners beforehand that they are going to make a raid and then later
crow that management “cooperated”. ICE,
FBI, BATFE, etc., US. Law demands that management b e arrested. Madam Prosecutor Duke, why are you circumventing
U.S. law? The largest employer to my
knowledge of illegal aliens is the Tyson’s/meatpacking, poultry processing
enterprises….why have the Tyson’s not been arrested as felons under existing

Springdale group hears discussion on alcohol program by
Hispanics
Barry Miller of something called “Decision Point, Inc.” told
Bentonville civic leaders that the rehabilitation center needs more money to
help Hispanics who are ordered by the courts to get alcohol treatment. I will make some suggestions to the
fundraising hustler Barry Miller. 1. Deportation 2. Take your fundraising
request to the Tyson’s, George’s, Simmons, and the rest of the ruddy crowd. 3.
The Ark. State Police spending millions on TV and radio ads directed to
American citizens regarding the consequences of drunken driving, while whining
that they would be politically incorrect if they racially profiled the Hispanic
population. How many thousands of these invaders are driving without insurance,
driver’s licenses, driving while intoxicated, engaging in gang activities, drug
distribution, falsifying identifications, ad infinitum? The Justice Dept. & law enforcement
agencies treat these invaders as if they were an endangered species. As reported in this piece on another page, 13
American citizens are killed every day by drunken Hispanics. The sordid conduct
of politicians and bureaucrats and hired personnel failing to uphold their
sworn Constitutional duties makes them far guiltier of heinous crimes against

hiring illegals, i.e. Tyson’s, Walton’s, Wenderoth, Simmon’s. Pilgrims, etc.

Returning to the Ark. Friendship Coalition, Stacy Sells of
Little Rock, a public relations executive and a member of the Coalition, which
opposes efforts to place further restrictions on illegal aliens, said
Burlsworth’s (Chair of Secure Arkansas) assertions don’t make sense, i.e. Burlsworth
being against free prenatal care for illegals, emergency
rooms being used as primary care facilities at no charge, Food Stamps, translation, transportation, and at least
$15,000 a head for illegal students and children of illegals in government
schools, ad infinitum. What is Sells true motive for being more than
willing to give away the farm to foreign national criminals?
Sells goes ahead to say “it’s farfetched to think that
America is building a superhighway to import illegal aliens from Mexico’. Stacy, for your information the name of the
proposed highway is the “Trans-Texas Corridor Highway’. The scheme was hatched
under the name of the SPP (Security, Prosperity, Partnership) at Baylor U. in
Waco Tx in April 2005. Attending were Pres.
GW Bush, former Mexican President Vicinte Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul
Martin. There have been 3 meetings
since, one in Canada, one this past March in New Orleans, attended by Bush,
Calderon, and Harper. A third meeting in June 2008 in Mexico City attended by
Sec. of Defense Robt. Gates, and same capacity members from Canada &
Mexico.
Sells, in 2005 Rudolph Guiliani became a senior partner in
the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani based in Houston, TX. The firm held secret meetings with TX Gov.
Richard Perry & Cintra Concesiones, a Spanish corporation to create and run
the Trans-Texas Corridor, a proposed 12 lane hwy from San Antonio to Kansas
City, MO. Cintra put $6 Billion in
upfront money; all negotiations with Cintra are handled by Bracewell &
Giuliani LLP with rights to maintenance and all tolls for 50 ys to
Cintra/Giuliani. The current U.S
Attorney General Michael Mukasey’s son
is employed by Bracewell/Giuliani. There
is more! Cintra/Giuliani control all
toll roads and profits in Indiana and Chicago, Il. Stacy, are you beginning to get the picture?
So Stacy, you need to do some serious research because it is
obvious you are certainly not informed.
So what is your burning interest in the Arkansas Friendship
coalition? May I tell you? Follow the
money. I FOIA’ed the Arkansas Parks
& Tourism Dept. regarding their campaigns directed toward illegals in the
Spanish language.
It became patently obvious that the Public Relations firms
are limited to Aristotle and Cranford Johnson, who apparently have a monopoly
on the Parks & Tourism business. The
commercials done for radio, TV, and print media, all done in Spanish in
violation of Arkansas State Law, serve as a magnet to entice more illegal
Mexican nationals into our state to serve the cheap labor corporate
enterprises, e.g. poultry and construction.
Directors of Parks
& Tourism are appointed by the Governor for 6 yr terms, and are obviously
cronies of governors.
My FOIA failed to uncover the total expenditures on
producing commercials for illegal Spanish speaking Mexican nationals. The FOIA
did reveal that Parks & Tourism has recently signed another 2 yr contract
with Aristotle & Cranford, Johnson and has increased their advertising
budget by $30 million for the current 2 yr cycle. Further investigation showed that Aristotle
& Cranford, Johnson were hiring professional actors for these spots and not
only were these spots outsourced to public TV, but were being run by Mexican TV
Univision (and who knows where else?) It
appears Parks & Tourism is paying both companies to produce the Spanish
speaking spots and then both companies sell these spots to other media, as well
as being paid a commission for their placement. There are an inordinate number of former
Arkansas state employees being hired by Aristotle and Cranford, Johnson.
Producing radio/TV/print media in Spanish encourages legals
and illegals alike not to learn our official language English and serves to
further Balkanize our state and nation. Stacy
Sells interest is obvious; she is employed by the Cranford Johnson agency.

being printed in Spanish by the agency which allow illegals to obtain Driver’s

There is currently a lawsuit against the Ark. State Police

Another major slap in the citizens’ face conducted by the
burgeoning self-serving, so-called educational cabal took place at a 3 day
meeting beginning 5/6/08. The meetings
were comprised of officials (what kind?) from Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi,
and Oklahoma. The program was held at the state Capitol regarding” Plaza
Comunitaria.” The program, free to
participants (guess who pays?) offers immigrants (illegals) access to websites
and instruction videos to obtain Mexican Diplomas for elementary & middle school
educations in Spanish for illiterate, illegal Mexican adults & children. Why would these parasitic fools in the Ark.
Dept. of Education, directed by overpaid Ken James offer to educate foreign
national illegal aliens in their own language with subject material required in
their homeland? FUNDING.
For a fee, illegals can also earn the equivalent of a
Mexican High School diploma, said Patricia Ramos Mendez, Director of
International Affairs for Mexico’s National Institute for Adult Education.
(Demented? Absolutely. Only the fools running the state would succumb to such
violent stupidity) Presently there are official
emissaries from the Mexican government dictating the tenor of business to the
Ark. State Government while middleclass Arkansans being made fools of by Gov.
Beebe, Ed. Dir. Ken James, A.G. McDaniel and the state legislature.
As initially stated, the 3 day confab was held in the
people’s building, the state capitol, occupying offices on 2 floors, behind
locked doors & drawn curtains, no itinerary information on subject matter
or attendees, vocal hostilities and a physical confrontation averted by a
private investigator. The numerous
capitol police present were conspicuously absent from the Hispanic attacks. Day
2 of the 3 day affair, Jeannie Burlsworth of Secure Arkansas went to the
Secretary of State’s office, accompanied by the same investigator to document
an Initiative re the illegal alien invasion.
The P.I. was filming the proceedings and some employee of the state
standing behind the P.I. asked one of the two secretaries if they knew they
were being filmed, at which point the white secretary erupted into a tirade,
called the Capitol police, police arrived and escorted Ms Burlsworth and the
P.I. out of the Capitol. Understand,
there are cameras throughout the building; so much for U.S. citizen justice.
Immediately upon conclusion of the 4 state illegal Mexican

As you may have noted the specific FOIA made to the Ark.
Dept. of Education requested 11 documents, none of which were provided by Ken
James. What was provided was a litany of
paperwork involving the curriculum to be taught to legal and illegal Mexican
national adults, but not limited to.
The magnitude of the
illegal undertaking is unbelievable. Beebe, James, and the Legislature want to
confer Mexican diplomas to legal and illegal illiterates. In other words, middleclass Arkansas
taxpayers are being raped by the aforementioned 3 to provide education for
alien illiterates in their native tongue in all educational venues indigenous
to their homeland which is obviously the responsibility of their own country,
in this case Mexico. The cost in
manpower, equipment, money, etc. will be overwhelming if allowed to continue and
will serve as another huge magnet for illegals. I remind you that Mexico is the
5th richest country in the world and the U.S. is the largest
debtor--$9.5 trillion and counting.
Ken James obviously feels job secure by his open arrogance
and thumbing his nose at the FOIA request refusing to provide the 11 documents
requested. His arrogant security can only come from Beebe. The 11 documents requested shows a melding of
the Arkansas and Mexican governments, with an extraordinary number of state programs

By the way, does Secretary of State Charlie Daniels ever put
in an appearance in his office? The King of Nepotism is another politician that
must be shown the door. Also the fraudulent voting applications in Spanish filled
out by illegals are directed to and/or approved by Sec. of State Daniels’
office.
I recently submitted an FOIA request to Daniels; legally he
has 10 days to respond. 10 days have
come & gone a number of times & finally he responded…results to be made
known in the future.
More arrogance from these political parasites and of course this is the
result of reelecting them to continue and grow their mutual protection racket.
He too, as did Ken James, fails to respond to the same 11 questions requesting documents.
Ark. Gov. Mike Beebe brought up the question recently of
taxpayer subsidized funding for illegal alien college tuitions and other
questionable monetary involvements. Why
did Beebe, out of the blue, bring up this unconstitutional, illegal involvement
by the state’s colleges and universities?
Could the answer be that Beebe is acting defensively after a number of
FOIA’s have been submitted to state government agencies with more to follow,
plus the Secure Arkansas ballot initiative efforts and publicity?
More nonsensical statements and untruths in addition to
those mentioned earlier in this piece are the following:
The following two items have already been discussed in this
piece, but warrants repetition.
1.
The Gov. has stated on numerous occasions “all
of the major provisions that the Secure Arkansas Initiative proposes are
already covered by federal or state laws, and this ballot title will create
bigger government and cost Arkansans money”.
Bear in mind this statement is made by an attorney, 20 yrs in the state
legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General, and 1 ½ yrs as Governor. To the Governor, if those provisions are
already covered by state and federal law, why aren’t you enforcing them?
Actually, many of Beebe’s statements have proven to be false in numerous areas,
making him a liar or devoid of Constitutional law, along with federal and state
statutes.
2.
Perhaps the most preposterous statement,
probably illegal in all its ramifications, was made on June 2, 2008. Regarding illegal immigration, Beebe says
“he’s not purposely avoiding the discussion of whether compassion or the rule
of law should dictate how Arkansas treats its illegal immigrants”. Should not that statement alone put him in
jail? To place the rule of law in juxtaposition with “compassion” is indeed
preposterous, the height of stupidity and grand theft, precisely what former
Gov. Huckabee & now Gov. Beebe have done
and are doing dispensing million of taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens
without citizen knowledge or approval.
Actually, Governor and elected/appointed officials, your actions
actually have nothing whatsoever to do with compassion, it is to satisfy the
corrupt criminals exploiting illegals, e.g. Walton’s , Tyson’s, Wenderoth,
George’s, Catholic Churches, government programs/agencies, etc.….all of whom
are Beebe’s handlers. Follow the money. Alluding
to item one, if what Beebe was saying was true (and it is not), how could the
passage of the Secure Arkansas Initiative in any way increase taxes? The initiative will simply undergird U.S.
& State laws. The question remains Governor, it appears the Poultry
Federation, the culinary industry, certain religious sects, the Ark.
Contractors Association, and the Chambers of Commerce own you outright? Refute if you can.
As the illegal alien tuition question continues to boil, the
head of the State Dept. of Higher Education, Jim Purcell, and a fellow by the
name of Stanley Williams, a senior associate Director of Higher Education
(whatever that might be), entered the fray. It is obvious that these two were
not doing their jobs; otherwise illegals would not be receiving tuition and a
multitude of other freebies. Another
example of too many layers of inept, complicit government employees. Apparently
the 2 largest abusers were the U. of A. B. Alan Sugg & slickster Lu Hardin
of U.C.A.
Stanley Williams wrote that he doubted “any school has
gained substantially (meaning money of course) from enrolling these students”,
though there is “no way to recoup monies illegally obtained”. Why not Stanley? Purcell said a check of the
statewide database of student information found that about 2,000 people
enrolled in Ark. Colleges & Universities attended under dummy Social
Security numbers. Purcell goes on to say
that some of them could be illegal immigrants. What the hell Jim & Stanley,
its only taxpayer money you and the illegals are extracting.
It didn’t take Purcell & Williams long to determine there
are thousands of illegals in our colleges & universities, so as a citizen,
I demand all of the illegal freebies you two have so generously dispensed,
returned to the state coffers and this includes the students who are now
enrolled under false documentation.
Summation: Purcell is finally obeying one law (no more
in-state tuition for illegal alien students) only because of pressure from Gov.
Beebe, and he is willfully disobeying another law (the one that bars illegal
alien students from college.) Purcell
says he is not going to remove students from the campus if they are not in the
country legally…meaning they are here illegally and violating Federal law. Where is our “Judicial System” in this
matter? Same as in other instances, it is selective. Purcell’s conduct exemplifies that he has no
regard for the Constitution and the Rule of Law. He should be fired immediately and tried in a
court of law.
Why have legislators created non-essential high dollar
positions for bozos like Purcell & Williams (and hundreds of others)? It is
obvious there is no oversight or accountability in the University/college system,
just like the disease (abuse) that permeates all government.
Another glaring example of academic arrogance and chicanery:
Cuts were announced in the Spring for funding for the Univ. of Ark system,
which amounted to $107 million and $32 million from the state’s 2 & 4 year
institutions. In spite of the $139 million year budget cuts, U.A President B.
Alan Sugg gave his staff and faculty 2% raises. I’m not aware of the Producers,
those of us who produce the revenue to keep these university types in their palatial
surroundings being awarded any raises.
Bureaucrats & Politicians only use the producers for economic
pincushions.
Paul Beran, Chancellor of the U. of A. Fort Smith made the
following statement, “So the way I read this law, as long as we don’t charge
out-of-state-tuition to any other U.S citizen…then we can let students who went
to high school here but are technically illegal (what is technically illegal,
Paul?) have the opportunity to come to school with in-state tuition”. What I get from Chancellor Beran’s statements,
he is simply stating that the colleges & universities can continue to give
illegals in-state tuition, and other forms of illegal largesse, as long as the
Fairness to U.S. citizens’ provision is honored. (What a joke.) Chancellor Beran, what kind of ‘Educator”
would teach his students to defy the rule of law and the Constitution? Perhaps
the same ones that have taught Arkansans and Americans between the ages of
18-35 who believe the World Court has jurisdiction over the U.S. Constitution
and its Bill of Rights.
Another quasi educational boondoggle is called Economics
Arkansas. Economics Arkansas is another
one of those “non-profits”. It allegedly
incorporates economics education in the public school. It appears that Jim
Walton,(Wal-Mart heir), president of Arvest Bank, is the progenitor of
Economics Arkansas.
There is no structured approach other than Economics
Arkansas encourages teachers to include
economic principles in all subject areas
through National Development seminars held a t the states’ 6 universities.
Apparently teachers are not mandated to attend, so how do
you calculate how many Ark. Teachers have attended or attend Seminars?
Economics Arkansas has an $825,000 annual budget. Another
example of the failed state of education in Arkansas. Fundraising is their goal. Citizens, do these alleged educators ever
discuss the curricula being removed, attenuated, and revised, in the government
school systems? Of course not.
Citizens, with the educantists it’s all about funding and
growth of bureaucracies’ compliments of the citizen taxpayers. Quit falling for the worn-out canard, “it’s
for the children”.
Gov. Beebe in an arrogant, not so subtle show of force
stated “that if lawmakers wanted to pass such laws, the proposed ballot
initiative would not stop them”, referring to the ballot initiative Secure
Arkansas, denying certain benefits to illegals . In other words, the state legislature is
poised to override the citizen’s will in handing out benefits to illegal
aliens, which will be orchestrated by Governors Beebe & Harriman in their
backroom giving legislators their marching orders.
Now the matters of Little Rock Senator elect Joyce
Elliott. As a termed-out state
representative, then Rep. Elliott sponsored HB 1525 which would allow free
state scholarships and other funding for illegals and children of
illegals. The proposed Bill was not only
unconstitutional but murky, much like its sister Bill that provides women here
illegally with free prenatal care and a host of other ancillary services. The number of illegals receiving these
benefits is now in the thousands, costing
Arkansas taxpayers $millions for this ill-advised, stupid, outlaw
legislation compliments of the 2005 state legislature and the self-serving
Governor Mike Huckabee.. Senator Hank
Williams introduced a similar Bill in 2007.
Shortly after the introduction to the public the Secure
Arkansas Initiative, which denies certain benefits to illegals not mandated by
the Federal Government, Senator-elect Elliott told The Associated Press that
she would consider introducing legislation in 2009 that would extend in-state
tuition benefits to the children of illegal aliens.
After a cursory look at Elliot’s website, it appears she
belongs to a plethora of organizations ranging from Socialist to outright
Marxist.
I am under the impression that elected officials swear an
oath to protect citizens’ persons, property, freedoms and sovereignty. These
oaths are sworn to the U.S. Constitution and in this case, the Arkansas Constitution. Ms. Elliott appears to be thumbing her nose
at both. A Black Senator Elect, she poses
the very important question, why is she not supporting Black citizens who have
a very long history in our republic, and one that has not been particularly successful? Blacks in our republic occupy, for any
number of reasons, many if not most of the unenviable statistics. I speak on a per capita basis with reference
to crime, school-dropouts, unwed mothers, fathers abandoning, government
dependence, etc. Not to belabor the
point but, to amplify Elliott’s very curious position of championing illegals,
particularly when Black society is more prodigious in government programs, e.g.,
they lead in Affirmative Action, Block Grants, Quotas, racial set-asides, government
employment, Medicaid, Arkids First, Food Stamps and a host of other unearned
“benefits”. Percentage wise these
numbers far outdistance the rest of the general population. One of the tragedies of the illegal invasion
is that it pushes Blacks further behind and enunciates racial divide. I spoke to one of Rev. Jesse Jackson’s
emissaries in Chicago in 1982 about the illegal Mexican invasion and my
concerns re: the economic effect it would have on Black citizens, hoping he
would take the lead on the subject. It
was not to be.
It would be indeed comforting and exciting if Senator elect
Elliott would apply her many skills in a meaningful Constitutional manner and
assist and mentor Arkansas’ Black population in becoming more self-sufficient
and better educated, rather than the flagrant violation of the rule of law
which is after all, the foundation of our republic. It is noteworthy to insert here that
according to Human Events that 41% of illegals are on welfare and that 1 out of
10 babies born in the U.S. are to illegals. Why should Americans continue to
embrace the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion, bringing in millions of poor,
uneducated individuals who instantly become dependent on government, reduce our
quality of life, our culture, and heritage and further serves to stimulate the
Balkanization of our society? Why should we tolerate the illegal invasion,
particularly when many American citizens, if not most, are struggling so
mightily?
Ms. Elliott, I ask you, who is paying for all this unearned,
unconstitutional largesse totaling billions you are willing to dish out to
Illegal Mexicans and OTM’s?
Ms. Elliott, the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion represents
the second coming of slavery in America and will ensnare all middleclass
citizens, regardless of race. You of all
people with a heritage of slavery should see the immediate outcome of the
invasion
My purpose here is not to create an aegis around White
legislators of both Houses. They too are
guilty for supporting your endeavors; even more so because they are too
cowardly and too politically correct to oppose your and others’ unlawful
efforts and acts.
So to you Ms. Elliott and your many followers, you pay for the
financial burdens that you so “generously” want to saddle on the productive
segment of society.
Sheriff Frank Atkinson, Sebastian County’s Sherriff. Sheriff
Atkinson is certainly no Joe Arpaio, Sheriff of Maricopa County, AZ., who
believes fervently in upholding U.S. immigration laws. But you say, that doesn’t provide for a
County Sherriff with a legal foundation to arrest illegals. Wrong! Federal Statute 8 USC, Section 1324c
gives all law enforcement agents the authority to make arrests on those hiring,
harboring, and transporting illegal aliens.
Recently the Wyoming Sheriff’s association sued both the
BATFE & FBI over the issue “if a sheriff doesn’t want the Feds in his
county he has the Constitutional right and power to keep them out, or ask them
to leave, or retain them in custody”.
The District Court ruled in favor of the Sheriffs. In fact, they stated, Wyoming is a sovereign
state and the duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law official
within a county, and has law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other
state or federal official.
I filed an Freedom of Information request October 17, 2007
concerning OK Foods picnic at Ben Geren Park, where an estimated 3,500-4,000
Hispanics, mostly illegals, were in attendance.
The FOI asked for the following:
1.
Correspondence between Sheriff Atkinson and OK
Foods, Inc., or Russ Bragg, or Collier Wenderoth.
2.
Any
orders or directives to Sheriff’s personnel with reference to providing
officers at the picnic Sept. 29th, 2007
3.
Copies of documents showing financial
arrangements or costs for providing officers at the picnic.
4.
Copies of any correspondence between the
Sheriff’s office and the Sebastian County Judge’s office.
5.
There were other questions asked and can be seen
at www.arkansas freedom.com
The Sheriff’s office responded in 1 ½ sentences. “No records
exist as requested in items 1-5 of your letter”. If I can be of any other service to your
(sic), please contact me”. Signed

(Wonder how they know who to pay and how much if they don’t keep
records, much less where and for what purpose their vehicles & equipment
are being used?)
Mr. Young, mine was not a letter it was a Freedom of
Information request, and the word is you, not your, in your so-called response.
It turns out that the County Sheriff’s office from on sight
observance at the picnic had numerous and various types of vehicles, and many
on site personnel, with deputies commandeering most of the park for the three
day event. Several officers were performing traffic control on the public
highway leading into the park. It remains unknown who cleaned up the park. Additionally
there were a number of public school buses providing unknown services.
OK Foods paid the miserly sum of $1,000 to Ben Geren Park. A
call to the Sebastian County Judge regarding the nefarious activities between
the Sheriff’s office and OK Foods produced no information. The judge said he was not aware of the event.
Is this not a case for malfeasance and misfeasance—the
illegal use of taxpayer dollars utilizing taxpayer vehicles, taxpayer
personnel, taxpayer facilities and commandeering a public use facility for the
purpose of two criminal operations
Paul Greenberg, Editorial Page Editor of the Arkansas
Democrat-Gazette, and in my opinion, Arkansas’s resident neo-con, pipeline to
American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center (anything but
poverty), the Anti-defamation League, American Israel Political Action
Committee and a host of other Jewish hit organizations, all fueling
open-borders, cheap labor lobbyists (e.g. Morril Harriman) and business
exploiters. The aforementioned
organizations and in this particular
case, Greenberg hurls vicious and condescending incendiaries routinely, e.g. “
anti-Semite, bigot, racist, xenophobe”, ad infinitum, but never uses factual data to defend his
positions and remarks, and certainly the same applies to the aforementioned hit
groups.
Editor Greenberg has had at least a 3 decade public personal
vendetta against any individual or entity that has had the nerve to take a
position demanding the leadership of our Republic and the states residing therein
enforce U.S. immigration laws. Federal
immigration laws give states the same ability and authority. The editor is
acutely aware that his “targets” have no way to defend themselves against his
perpetual onslaughts.
Greenberg’s shtick is to denigrate these same citizens
and/or entities with childish and insulting rhetoric. He is without shame in advocating violation
of U.S. Law dealing with the exposition of the illegal alien crisis. He uses any means at his disposal, to defend
the illegal Mexican invasion, including “religious orders, politicians, bureaucrats’
and their phony compassionate drivel” designed to destroy reputations and
credibility.
Dissecting partially one editorial by Greenberg, Sunday May
25, 2008 appearing in the Ardemgaz. In this
editorial, Jeannie Burlsworth, Chairman of Secure Arkansas was his target and
victim. The editorial is laced with lie after lie and innuendos aplenty. The quotations he uses are often taken out of
context in order to favor his position.
The title of the editorial is “Insecure Arkansas”. Underneath in smaller letters, “of Super
Highways and losing Kansas City”.
He begins his parade of lies with a quote from M*A*S*H, which
initiates the trashing of Ms. Burlsworth.
His quote “I’m only paranoid because everyone is against me”. Cute, Paul. The not-so-veiled implication is
clear.
Giving Greenberg credit where credit is due, the initiative
put forward by Secure Arkansas is weak as he correctly states. In my opinion, the
initiative simply should have read “No benefits should be given to Arkansas ‘illegal
population other than those mandated by the federal government”. He continues to demean Ms. Burlsworth’s
efforts by making sport of her, exclaiming “Maybe her proposal will keep all
those dangerous cleaning ladies, now barreling up that Superhighway (obviously
alluding to what he wants us to believe, that there is no Trans-Texas Corridor)
from applying for licenses to open up Starbucks franchises”. (And this guy was a recipient of a Pulitzer
Prize?) I admire to the utmost Jeannie
Burlesworth’s charisma, affability, sense of humor, character, persistence, and
most particularly her courage and patriotism. She is pure American and willing
to go the distance to secure our sovereignty, heritage, culture and the rule of
law. Bravo Jeannie Burlsworth! You see
citizens, the Greenberg’s, the Chambers of Commerce, the Tyson’s of the world
would have you believe the criminal illegal alien invasion is simply economics…absolutely
not; it is a Rule of Law issue. Ask
yourselves citizens, why our elected officials, appointees, and hired personnel
are illegally, with zest doling out hundreds of billions of middleclass
taxpayers’ money to illegal aliens across the country, allowing the likes of
Tyson’s, Walton’s, OK Foods, Stephens, Alltel, etc. to reap the enormous
financial benefits provided by the illegals and escaping the responsibility for
paying the skyrocketing costs for their presence? The question arose, why is Alltel a member of
the renegade Arkansas Friendship Coalition? Follow the money. Research shows Scott Ford, president &
chief executive officer, served on Tyson Foods’ Board of Directors since 2005,
for $150,000 in cash and stock annually.
Tyson Foods also paid Alltel Corporation $498,088 for communication
services in 2007. These two are at the
same time betraying Arkansans and American citizens while engaging in their own
criminal conduct. Illegal acts
accomplished by corporations and individuals in this dimension can only be
described as an ECONOMIC GENOCIDE, by design, directed at the
