State Senators & Representatives: Please be advised of the faxes sent to Gov. Beebe & A.G McDaniel regarding use of taxpayer money given to create a truck driving school in Beebe’s hometown. I am requesting that you ladies & gentlemen of the legislature implement promptly an investigation to determine if the Governor is indeed guilty of grand theft of public funds. Hopefully, your questions to the Governor and A.G. will amount to more than a wink & nod. Note a citizen’s questions regarding the Governor’s conduct and legality of such, coming from our website. www.arkansasfreedom.com Lack of accountability in Arkansas government is disgraceful and breathtaking. Since only Rep. Green replied to questions re the illegal Mexican conclave in the state capitol last week, I wonder if any of you are so stimulated to uphold your sworn Constitutional duties; if not, each of you should resign forthwith. FOI’s are going today to Dept of Ed, Director Ken James & Sec. of State Charlie Daniels regarding their involvement in the arcane illegal Mexican & Ark. Governments officials in their involvement. Kindest regards, Joe McCutchen Fort Smith (see questions below….how many can you answer honestly?)

Comment: Is there any legal precedent for the Governor to use public funds for this truck drivers school? Did the governor decide on his own without any vote from the House and Senate? If he did decide on his own then it would be perfectly legal for ANY taxpayer to prevent him from doing so. Elected officials cannot indiscriminately doll out public funds without some kind of approval process either from the House/Senate or the voters themselves. If the Governor spends the money for any private enterprise that has no redeeming value for or by the citizens, then he should be charged with theft of public funds.

Subject: Fax to Gov. about illegal tax use...every Gov. ought to be getting faxes such as this Arkansas State Capitol Governor Mike Beebe: May 10, 2008 Governor, I am overwhelmed by your benevolence and compassion bequeathing $1 million of hard-earned Arkansans tax money to create a truck driving school, and in your hometown no less, for the likes of ABF, HUNT, Maverick, Bean, USA, ad infinitum. Is this a means to teach illegal aliens how to drive trucks at a much lesser price to satisfy a number of your handlers? As you should well know, this is not a proper nor legal function of government. Appreciate you and Harriman not hatching up anymore political scams. Kindest regards, Joe McCutchen P.S. I trust you are satisfied with the 3 day 4 state illegal Mexican conclave held in the state capitol under locked doors. Also illegal. In 2007 my family decided to get out of the undeclared sanctuary city of Memphis and move to Arkansas's lovely mountains.

Looking for land in northern part of the state led us to discover Arkansas has as big a problem as Memphis with illegal aliens and, like Memphis, is doing nothing to stop an ILLEGAL INVASION FROM MEXICO.

I would just say that Arkansas is losing retirees and their families of hard-working legal Americans and is destroying their state in the process.....

My solution to a growing problem was to join 6 anti-illegal alien groups in Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas, Arkansas.
I HOPE ALL OF YOU WILL DO THE SAME.
