A day and evening with a real American Mayor.
May 31st Barbara & I departed Fort Smith, destination
of Hazelton, PA, a city that parallels Fort Smith in many ways but where they
diverge is a Grand Canyon.
You see, Mayor Lou Barletta places American citizens and
more specifically the citizens of Hazelton’s safety above political concerns
and adheres to the rule of law.—the epicenter of his administration.
A rally in support of Mayor Barletta and the City Directors
was held Sunday, June 3, 2007 in front of City Hall with 6 speakers, including
the eloquent patriot Philadelphian Joey Vento owner of Geno’s Philly
Cheesesteak fame who refused to remove a sign from his business asking
customers to please speak English when ordering, culminating with
Mayor Barletta’s no-nonsense approach to the rule of law and the safety of the
citizens he represents, particularly the middleclass. There was an estimated
2,000 in attendance wearing supportive T-shirts, carrying banners, signs &
American flags. There was only one
disruption by an illegal that was quickly, quietly cuffed and led away.
Mayor Barletta apprised the gathering that the ACLU with
their 27 lawyers were taking an anti-American stand, as they normally do, i.e.
the destruction of Western Civilization and America’s history and culture. Not
only wanting to destroy the ordinance that the Mayor and his board passed regarding
English only documents, a $10,000 fine initially for employers of illegals plus
$,1000 per day for continued non-compliance, plus a lesser fine for those
renting to illegal aliens. Additionally,
the ACLU is suing the city of Hazelton for legal expenses incurred by their
traitorous lawsuit. It is the Mayor’s opinion that the judge will rule in favor
of the ACLU and the city of Hazelton will appeal to the U.S. Supreme
Court. In my opinion, if this judge
rules for the ACLU, then he is nothing more than a judicial prostitute.
I remind each of you that Article 4, Section 4 of the
U.S. Constitution commands that one of the 5 duties dedicated to the President
of the United States is to secure our borders against all invaders. President Bush is committing treason for
failure to secure our borders and ultimately our sovereignty.
I would ask each of you to log on to our website www.arkansasfreedom.com for a list of
laws that covers every aspect of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion,
particularly dealing with enforcement and a code of conduct by our elected and
appointed officials, none of which is enforced, creating what can be called “selective
justice”.
Of the many Codes I will mention one which is most
prophetic, (see others on the website)
Section 1324c “All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws
shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this
section”.
That evening we were privileged to have dinner with the
Mayor, his wife, and a half dozen other functionaries, discussing the
legalities and courses the city of Hazelton is prepared to take. We have seen no elected official more
dedicated to defending his city and the law of the land than the Mayor Lou
Barletta.a
Contrast this with the city of Fort Smith, Arkansas, a
microcosm of cities across our vast land, and envision the grand gulf between
these cities and Hazelton, PA. Fort
Smith has a mayor and Board of Directors who have never spoken publicly on this
city’s illegal invasion and the destruction and disruption that is being placed
on middleclass citizens in areas so important to our well being and stability—the
Arts & Sciences, societal concerns, most particularly education,
healthcare, penal, welfare, and the unholy growth of government at all
levels. Factor in Corporate America, the
Chambers of Commerce, Catholic Charities, and corrupt politicians and
bureaucrats, and it is readily understandable why our Republic is on the precipice,
evolving into 3rd World status.
There is no communication between the various law enforcement
agencies which translates into a sanctuary for illegals. They function like eunuchs in the area of
illegal immigration—why and who benefits?
The defeat of George Bush’s criminal legislation, Comprehensive
Immigration Reform, was a great victory for the people, but this corrupt
administration will come back again and again and again.
All incumbents, regardless of Party and regardless who is
running, must be defeated in order to destroy the
political/bureaucratic/corporate protection racket, born on the backs of
middleclass America.
