or Compact with a foreign power.
Governor Huckabee entered into an agreement with Mexico, October, 2003. Attorney General Beebe was made aware of this
agreement, no action. The agreement
expanded the illegal Mexican magnet and provided for a criminal Mexican

Pryor and Lincoln have proven their allegiance to corporations, not

A contract signed by certain Arkansas
corporations promises to pay for the Mexican consulate in Arkansas for up to
six years.
On
leaving office Gov. Huckabee gave $10,000 taxpayer dollars to Mayor Stodola for
the Consulate, an act that at least violates the spirit of the law. Little Rock gave $50,000 from the city treasury. Is this a legal and proper use of Arkansas

Governor
